My points still have not posted, I called them now. They said that they see the points didnt post, they will transfer right away. Should take up to 48 hours to show in account.

Approved for the FYF last Nov.  Was planning on using the $250 Resort credit in Asia this summer  -but travels up in the air with the Corona virus.

Will be in Orlando for 10 days this spring :

 1.) can I stop by a Hilton Resort and buy a $250 GC - none near me in Oregon and only travel plans near a resort in US will be in FLA.

2.) Can you use Hilton GC outside the US to pay for rooms/stay?

Only thread I can find here and I have searched are about the 150K Hilton offer and this thread  -

and was thinking that maybe it was better to post a dedicated question - sorry wasn't trying to spam the forum.

If you click through to the application, the rates and fees footnote says that the annual fee is $0 for the first year and then $450 afterwards.
