First commercial flights supposedly taking place tomorrow according to this guy.

Its just because the flight is listed on ben Gurion schedule

It's 56 weekly flights for each country.  For the UAE: 28 from Dubai, 28 from Abu Dhabi.  Israel's 56 can be divvied up as they wish from/to wherever in UAE.
