When did the Marriott Surfside in FL increase from Category 4 to 5?

When did the Marriott Surfside in Florida increase category from 4 to 5? I'm pretty sure it was a category 4 earlier in the year, and it's not in their list of 2019 category changes?

Can a Marriott hotel change categories without any advance notice?

Where? I've been looking and couldn't find anything on it. And it must have happened recently-- in the last month or so-- because as of mid-September, it was still a category 4.

How can they conduct business this way? What if someone redeemed a nights and flights package for a certain category, especially now that they cannot be upgraded?
