Airtran Upgrades

I tried searching in the forums but didn't find anything on Airtran upgrades so I apologize if this has already been discussed before.

I am trying to figure out what the cost or most efficient way to upgrade tickets from PHL to SFO connecting through ATL.  On the website it says to upgrade at the airport, I'm wondering if they have vouchers or "regional wide" upgrades like UA. 

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated, I need to upgrade 3 tickets.

4 Airtran credits gets you a systemwide upgrade.  Otherwise you can buy-up at checkin.

Can people transfer airtran credits?  Also, any idea on the going rate for 4?  I'm assuming that also just one way. 

So for 3 RT tickets, that 24 airtran credits?

AMEX points can transfer into Airtran credits.
4 is for a one-way.

There's no buying of selling of miles allowed on DDF.

Go ahead, post your miles for sale, I couldn't care less.  But don't come whining back to me when the airlines take away your miles, cancel your award tickets, and ban you for life once they figure out who you are.

I'm not sure why you feel attacked... I posted an innocent question 4 days ago which you chose to ignore or didn't see. In either case, the silence led to innocuous conjecture.

The above answer (albeit with a bit less flippance) would have answered it.
