Seems like you can put in different IDs for different orders. Any reason to assume they wouldn't use that?

Actually till a few months ago i got Amazon to wave me the shipping cost to Israel on 10's of orders, but lately it got almost impossible.

We have summarized the import taxes for you in the following table:

The small print
Two or more packages sent from the same supplier to the same customer within 72 hours will be considered one shipment that was split, and import taxes will be calculated on the basis of the total value of all the packages combined.
Shipping and insurance costs are added to the value of the product for tax purposes, and the taxes are calculated for them as well.

Determining the value of a shipment
Customs regulations in Israel define the worth of a personal import as the sum total paid for the product ordered plus the related services (insurance and shipping fees).

VAT and the taxes payable on shipments are calculated by Customs on a CIF basis.
In calculating the cost for customs purposes (CIF), three details are taken into account:

The product Cost
Insurance
Cost of transportation (Freight)

A few data points on my five orders (so far)
Free shipping is calculated before any discounts
You can get subscribe and save discounts on your first order, but you can't actually subscribe and save
Delivery for all my packages have been to my door (even from the doar)
Ignore all messages asking you to select a pickup point, they are just trying to save money but they will deliver to your door
Also ignore if they ask you to come down to their car to get the package, they are required to bring it to you
Delivery times have been as little as a week and as much as 2
They do clear customs on shabbos

They are clearly trying out different delivery options, with all my orders being fulfilled by different companies

I still don't see how this can last. They shipped my $8 remote control car in it's own package. Not sure how that can be a moneymaker. I still think they are seeing what the demand is like and will open a warehouse here

Everyone is saying it doesn't make sense financially to open a warehouse here, and they'll never do it. Why else would they offer this promo?

Based on IP's? Some people use VPN's and such so that could skew the results in favor of the U.S

most ppl dont use VPN always only when needed because VPN slows down the internet
