Best credit card to book flight to Israel on Elal to maximize points

I am booking a ticket on Elal and wonder which is the best card to charge to.
I have AAdvantage VISA card, Chase Sapphire, Starwoods AMEX, Chase Continental card

Ticket is for daughter..can I give my Frequent Flier number for AAdvantage?  Or it has to match the name on the reservation?

I am not a huge traveler but save miles up to make trips to Israel.

What would you recommend?

OP, if you have the sapphire it's worth getting the Sapphire Preferred.

If you're looking to earn AA miles (so you can refeem for El Al flights via AA), use your SPG card, every 20k SPG points transfer as 25k AA miles.

Along the same lines, booking flight on El Al for my mother and have a choice between Saphire Preferred (met spending requirement so I have the bonus) or Amex Platinum (Just got it and need to meet spending requirement for the 25k bonus).

I can probably meet the Amex spending requirement without this but it would definately be a lot faster by buying the El AL ticket on the Platinum. Also, would like to use the point/miles for a trip to LA in January but in the long-run if one way is clearly better I wil ldo that.

Sapphire would earn you 2x points for airfare, if you could earn you Amex bonus with other spending it might make sense to do that.

Yup, as long as you can meet the other bonus take the 2.14 or 3.21 ppd that Sapphire offers.

I remember some people saying they got the extra UR points for shopping in the UR mall even though they didn't check out with their chase card. Any idea if that would work for booking flights too?
