If no comment always means that " if it wouldn't be true they would say so"  than there would be no point in saying no comment
May you slide down the banister of happiness & get many splinters of success up your career.

"I have been asked to contact you on behalf of Delta Airlines"

on behalf, from a Delta employee?

"Quiet honestly"

Never had a corporate letter with that tone.

delta on keeping track of every phone call and they know every huca and every credit or waiver they give you. i guess some of that is true.

i once sent an email about an issue, got a call from an agent like 2 weeks later. she didn't want to give me anything-she was telling me how they have a list of all my complaints and compensations that have received ( i really hate when your calling about a specific issue to get compensation and they say we cant give for this mess up because we gave you on our many many passed mess ups). got into a bit of an argument as she reached me at a bad time and the phone call ended abruptly. i called back spoke to someone else and got my compensation.

I once called with a question and believe the answer which I was given, and when I HUCA'd, the agent said something like, "oh, I see that you've already inquired about this issue".

If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

yea for sure once wanted them to cancel a flight and waive fee and re book to get a lower miles price. they didnt want to do it. called a few times in a row and finally agent said to me that i see they already said no to you a few times. i guess no means no.

actually gave up and called back a week later and ended up canceling another flight for free with a very nice agent and re booking with saving 20k miles.
