I don't remember exactly but i do know that I had to try multiple times. When it did work I did it as me confirming their info not as they confirming for themselves

I did not get an error. They were comfirmed for 14 year olds

hey you are absolutely correct logged in again and this time it took the dob and ssn and card/AU was confirmed! Very Surprised!

Thanks I guess like with a lot of things online sometimes there are kinks in the system as it seems after you try multiple times its permits you to enter dob <18

Here's what worked for me:

It worked for those at least 13 years old.

The application for the AU says I need to add the AUs SS# within 60 days of opening.
1. Is this enforced?
2. If it is, would I lose the points for what I spent (and/or bonus) before it gets shut down?

In my experience it is enforced but the points earned will not be lost.

Can this promotion only be done once per Amex Platinum card?
I did it when I opened this card and got the 5 bonuses after spending 4k on each, almost 2 years ago.
I didn't think anything of it and added an additional 5 AU's when this promo came out ~ 9/23. First AU finished spending a few days ago and points haven't posted. Now I'm starting to think maybe it's only once per Platinum card?

I was not able to use the card before confirming, my transactions were denied.
