Make sure you're not staying on the 15th floor...
If you befriend some worker/nurse they can get for you on shabbos.

If it's brewed coffee not made for you you can probably prepay and get from a Cafe.

Probably depends if it's the old fashioned coffee machines where they are making for themselves and you are a side beneficiary or a Keurig (and similar single serve systems) where it would be a melacha hanaaseh bishvil yisroel.

When I lived in Washington Heights, their was a coffee place that had a way to preporder and pickup on shabbos day. the Rabbi of the shul paskened that one could do this for drinks not made to order with melacha.
