Any recommendation for a ipod classic replacement or mp3 player that doesn't have wifi?

Budget?

Best is probably the
FiiO M5 or
shanling M0 with a card.

$100,
Tiny,
Use a microsd,
support Bluetooth Hi-FI
USB C

There are many cheaper options, if you don't need Bluetooth.

I don't need Bluetooth. Budget is  <$50 if possible.

The FiiO m3 works for me, but it seems like they no longer make it. This seems to be an upgrade on that (including a voice recorder): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SPHZ6JB

✋✋ Happy Fiio user here, though I'm using the 2nd generation FiiO X1 which is more expensive than your budget (minimum $75, here)

What I was told in the internet filters thread.
I think anyone can reset the whole thing and the only way anyone will know, is that the password has been changed.

Parental controls to disable all internet?
It may work for kids. In my case it's for an adult who doesn't want a device that's wifi capable, so parental control won't work.
