First is almost as good better build, but specs isn't as good.
Second is not good deal for those specs.
Third is old specs and you could get for that price all year round.

When you say specs what you referring to? The ram? Intel core? SSD?

Also is it worth paying for FHD ?

All specs combined, including the WiFi chip.(which isn't the greatest in any of them or even fully up to date)
In my personal opinion it's worth paying for FHD, but I work on dozens of computers a day. It might be ok for most users for I can't handle less then full HD.

Thanks, and in regards to the ram is 12gb not enough? Or shall I spend a few bucks to get 16?
And 256gb or worth getting the extra as well?

12gb is enough for most people, usually depends on what you use it for.
256gb SSD is on the small side, but manageable for most people.

Is it Really hard to add it on your own afterwards even like 1T?
Or just pay the $100 and double the storage?

Most laptops aren't hard to add, the thinner the laptop the harder it is to mess around inside.

As well is upgrading the ram the same as changing the SSD?

Ram is easier by a mile, ram could take 5 min or less. Hard drive with transferring the data, is minimum 30 min.

I wasn't referring to transferring the data that's not an issue, main concern was opening up the laptop and removing it.
Never done such repairs, but pretty good with my hands bliay"hara and I think a video or two on YouTube or asking a friend that does this would be of help.
For starters I wouldn't need 16GB of RAM and don't need 512gb of storage.
   So I think we're good.
No need for the pro, not running a huge business from this laptop.
And ram, SSD will hold off.
Wifi will upgrade, FHD, backlit keyboard. Thanks a ton.
