My experience with Amex was that as long as the credit was not exactly the same amount as the charge they did not clawback, but that was a few years ago.

close but a few options are different. for example, ram is 8 instead on 12. SSD is 128 instead of 256.

Open box?
I opened the box to make to make sure the screen is not defective but never turned on or opened. Took it out for less then 20 seconds and put it right back, so i would call it brand new, unused but just an open box to verify contents.
