Actually, once they found out that the order was already placed, they said I have to call once I receive them.

More data: I price-matched to Amazon for shipping tape after an order as well, was initially told I can't do a match and a coupon (the $10 off $50) in one order (heh) and then was told I am a "valuable customer" (maybe in an absolute sense true but contextually not so) so they'll do the match with the coupon.  In distinction to al613, I was directed to get a CSR myself after I receive the order to get the price difference applied.  Thank you to OP and jayny.
