I was going to say netgear nighthawk m1 but I think it only has ethernet to connect a computer. Not to create the wifi from ethernet
Sounds pretty close, from amazon answers it looks like the Ethernet COULD be used the other way around verifying now.
In terms of compatibility it looks like the following LTE bands are missing:
B9 - In use by NTT Docomo and softbank in Japan
B13 - In use by verizon, Straight Talk in US and telus in Canada +some south american carriers
B17 - In use by AT&T, Cricket, H20 in US and fido, rogers, videotron in Canada +some south american carriers
B20 - In use by over 98 mostly european carriers
B25,B26 - In use by Sprint, Boost, Fi in US
B28 - In use by some carriers in France, Taiwan, Australia, Panama and more
B38 - In use by some carriers in Poland, Romania, Sweden and China
B41 - In use by Sprint, Boost, Fi in US and a few carriers in both China and Japan
B71 - In use by MetroPCS, Mint Mobile, T-Mobile In US
