Why would the school need to say something more than literally anyone else on the planet, unless you suspect them of harboring such views?
When I played that video to my DW yesterday, she asked me how come these people were able to say things like that, while being filmed, with no consequence? Why weren't they arrested? I explained to her that free speech is constitutionally protected.
However, I think any normal human being would be horrified by this. Blame the innocent victims for the fact that your child couldn't get out of school for a few hours, and continue with hateful rhetoric. I think most schools realize that education is partnership between the school and the parents. Can the school tolerate such a partner? Could the school allow such sentiment to be expressed and harbored within the community of the school?
