He was headed to the yeshiva with a box of chocolates. Just as he arrived he heard a pop and figured he had time to unlock the yeshiva door and run inside. Then he realized that everyone was running (based on his expression that doesn't happen at most shootings in the area), he swiveled to see the gunmen running towards the store. That's when he pivots in the opposite direction and starts running. He found Mr. Lox on the corner, who invited him to his home, so that he shouldn't be out and about. He stayed there for about 5 hours until he was able to head home. The menahel interjects to say that he didn't realize what was going on until the kids pointed out that the noise was that of bullets flying. He spent about 20 minutes trying to locate the kid, since he knew he was out there.

Is there a viable reason why the AG couldn't confirm the following day it was a targeted attack. It took the city mayor to call them out and only  then had they started the trickle, trickle of info. What a shame.

The mayor Fulop even acknowledged that they knew straight away what was going on but for SOME reason had no intention of "letting the people know".
