Any recent good deals?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Looking to park for 3 days. Whats the latest recommendations?

Although I love certain aspects of PHL (parking, for one), to me it is a much bigger ordeal than EWR. First, it's more like 55 minutes to EWR and 1 hour 25 minutes to PHL, and that extra half an hour of driving time makes all the difference. You show up at the airport fatigued from the drive, and it makes the whole experience much more daunting.

In general, I won't nix a flight if it's from PHL, but I definitely seek out EWR flights first, even if it costs a little more.

I also have a pet peeve when certain family members ask for a ride to or from the airport and their flight is from PHL because it was marginally cheaper than EWR. Is an extra hour of my driving time not worth something? /rant

It also depends heavily where in lkwd you live. For many ppl, PHL is 90 mins and EWR is 55 mins. For me PHL is only 10 minutes further. I prefer PHL because you can park cheaply on site and walk right into the terminal. If I go to EWR for more than 1 day then I would be parking off site and shuttling, which always seems to take forever.

Where did you guys park?

On air parking. Make sure to choose the one with a shuttle.

Are there any valet/white glove parking options?
I used Winner parking a few years ago and they had an option to drive you to the airport in your car and also to have your car dropped off at the terminal upon arrival. Looks like this place shut down with covid.

Ended up just paying $15 a day at PHL parking. The cost was $60 from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon.  As you pay per day.

Next time I fly from PHL I would honestly find another place in the same area for $5-7 a day. That's half the price. Just my first time driving to PHL airport with my car and when I'm not familiar with the ins and outs I prefer to pay to have a learning experience and not end up with a blooper.

Yes. It's not extremely frequent but I am happy to wait around a bit to save serious $$$.

I'd be going with little kids so I wouldn't want that. Any other options?

I go with little kids all the time and it's really not a big deal. If you have another adult with you, you can send him/her ahead to get the car and come back and pick everyone up.

I have done expresspark with kids. They come to your car to pick you up and they helped with the suitcases but on my return I did wait a little too long. To be honest the airport was packed that day and they gave me 2 free days when I said something about it to them. But I don’t necessarily know if it was just that day or they don’t have enough staff.

I always give a ton of extra time when parking offsite. But it really depends on your preference. I would prefer to save $100 and wait a bit longer for the shuttle, but not everyone is like that. If money was no object, I'd park right across the terminal (or take an Uber).
