This is the real deal in that you have to actually take the whole course and it takes a few hours but you can let the timer on each question run in the background.

Yes, I know you can go to any of the heimish places and you can be in and out in a matter of minutes but those usually cost $40-$60 so if your by a desk all day anyway this is worth it.
