Chase Travel Portal buggy??
« on: December 22, 2019, 02:03:53 PM »
Anyone else have issues on the Chase travel portal?? Went to book a flight last night. The price showed exactly $100 more than on Google Flights and Air Canada site. Price has been showing the same the past few weeks. Called Chase, rep said this can happen as an airline can make Chase charge whatever they want and change at any time, won't necessarily be same as what the airline charges. Didn't believe that was correct but I can't argue with him. This morning it's back down $100. Strange thing now is Chase is not giving me the 1.25 cents PP, it's giving me ONE cent! Logged out of biz acct, in personal acct it still showed at 1.25, logged out again and now it's showing 1 cent PP in both accounts! What's up?!

Expedia has their prices, and that's what it is, not a glitch if it's more. When looking at a CSP/CIP you'll see 1.25 cpp, when you're looking at a CIC/CIU/CFU etc you'll see 1 cpp.

Thanks! I guess I'll just be happy it went back down  ;)
I didn't realize I had to transfer the points to the CSP (in my case). I thought as long as I had a CSP, I got the 1.25 redemption. But that answers my question, thank you!
