That's exactly why I chose them and would prefer to stay with them
I was was also using them because this. Their online is best. But no customer service.

Just a catch. If you put in money with PayPal giving like with an ink premier card. 5k +. You come out ahead of the fees.

On another note. If you are giving certificates and not granting online. Mosdos complain that the DF platform is not as easy like OJC/Pledger to submit them.

True, however if I did that with DF I would have .55% more. Depending on the volume it could add up

They don’t allow that anymore. See a few posts back.

Is this confirmed?

I don't think I received any email or notification from them about it (and I've used it with them in the past few months...) and they still show up: https://www.paypal.com/fundraiser/charity/2437618

Donors Fund is the only one I know that doesn't charge a fee for online grants. That lets me essentially give 100% of my charge to charity by using PP via DF. All others have a fee.
Don't they charge the charity the fee?

Just got this from Donors Fund

"Greetings!
We'd like to inform you that we've made changes to our transaction policies, and as of now, we will no longer accept PayPal transactions for amounts under $10,000. This decision was made due to the extended processing time of up to 45 days for PayPal transactions,
which can cause delays. However, you can still conveniently deposit funds using alternative methods such as ACH, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Stock and Securities, and Check by Mail. These options offer faster processing times and also allow you to schedule
repeating deposits for added convenience. We hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with."

Interesting. They can set PPGF to reject under $X donations?

I still haven't seen any communication from them about it. @solmeir @cholent did you ask them about PPGF or was this an automated email you received? Why did cholent get no PPGF and solmeir got $10K minimum?

I asked and received that response. Asked a follow up question and got no response. The email posted above makes no sense to me.

It seems like they want people that was to contribute with a credit card should use their processing and they should make money of the transaction.

This whole 45 day thing doesn’t make any sense, they only credit the account once they get it.

I guess they are still trying to justify a reason.

I thought they pass on the fee to the charity. That's still not 100% going to charity.

They have a completely fee-free option for online grants

So they are the best for the charity? Online you mean thru their site?
