Yea, it's standard. Not so much of a catch, but usually those items don't stack with free shipping. Still often worthwhile to pay $4.99 or $8.99 for some customized stuff. Just isn't a freebee anymore.

Tried with a in app offer for free luggage tags but this time the free shipping can't be stacked.
We can safely assume yesterday's promo code (ohjoy) was the only one that was stackable with free shipping.
