Where did the Amex Starwood 15k promo go?

On their website it only mentions the 10k signup, I can't seem to find anything about the spend $15k get 15k in points. Am I looking in the wrong place or has the promo expired?

Ahh, yes I see. I had clicked on the Dansdeals link but was logged into my Amex account at the time so it automatically took me to the application link for existing cardholders. Thank you.

Although I can't seem to find the Starwood business link, the ones I did find point link to other Amex cards, saying 'this was is no longer available'
