The Jetblue CCs with an annual fee (Jetblue Plus personal card or Jetblue business card) come with a $100 credit on Jetblue Vacation packages per calendar year.

Don't need any more credits. Looks like jetblue banned me from adding any more additionals to my vacations package and are hiding behind "declined payment" message (highly unlikely that 4 CCs from diff ppl are declined from the bank side).

Booked the initial package using amex 400 off 1500.
Called in a week later and bought 1 theme park ticket with 1 cc to see if the credit would post.
Called in 3 more times, buying 1 ticket each time split over 2 CCs.

You can also wait for another promotion on vacationpackages. I'm not in a rush
