Her crime is she looks at race as the color of one's skin. This is the same as ADL until the other day. Now their position is color or ethnicity. This was changed because of what happen. Would it be logical to assume a Jew would fall under "ethnicity" and not "color"?

It HAS to be that way. We accept those who want to join regardless of race or ethnicity. I don't have an issue with her saying that the Holocaust was not about race but about nation religion. It may come from her missing some of the history of the Holocaust and how the German's had considered it to be a racial issue, but if her error was from missing the historical nuance then an apology should be adequate.

The real issue here is not whether or not it was about race but rather the overall attitude of "that was whites fighting between each other so I don't care about it". That is ABSOLUTELY worthy of suspension or worse.

that was the impression I got from the clip. "I don't care" is an exagerattion, but it was an attitude of "it's not my issue".

Why does every single affected group need to be listed each time it is mentioned? The other groups should not be ignored but that was  not anything close to the scale of how it affected the Jews. I have no issue with the main discussions about discrimination in the south being about blacks even though news were also discriminated against since it doesn't come close to how the blacks were discriminated against in that case.

The post you quoted is an indication that the ADL, which once was dedicated to fighting antisemitism, has been corrupted and become a part of the left and the Democrat apparatus. This is not a new thing, and has been going on since 2017 when they got a new director, who had previously been a Democrat operative.

Now everyone can pull out their dictionary. It is for this reason that I don't really like the term racism and prefer to use more general bigotry. Technically racism and anti semitism are two forms of bigotry. Colloquially people use racism to refer to both.
