I'm interested in visual/infographic Daf Yomi content. Not so much a video Share that uses slides. I'm specifically looking for slides/PDFs and the like.

Also interested in content/shiurim that discuss words, taxonomy, etymology etc of Gemara/Daf Yomi.

Count for what? There is no "thing" that you have to be doing. Daf Yomi is just a way of having a k'vius in learning every day, if listening in the car on your commute is what works for you, then that's what you should do.

if you can be yotze talmud torah by listening and understanding, likely.

there probably is benefit to mouthing along with the teacher the actual words of the gemara

Looks like he did it himself, and in the replies when someone asked if he'll be doing it every daf, he said 'one day at a time'. So I'm gonna say no.
