Whole or sliced?
Either.

Reminds me when I was younger I didn't enjoy biting into an apple using my top and bottom teeth, so I figured out a way to use just my top it gets a much bigger bite. It actually uses the grain of the apple to aid in the bite.
Hard to explain with words, but in practice it's pretty neat.

must be peeled
-1

Room for both, but generally the peel is where it's at.

Someone in the industry told me the apple is completely different and tastier when you eat it right out of the nitrogen refrigerator
In the industry of eating?

Grade B?

https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards/apple-grades-standards
סוג ב if you prefer. Where you have to pick the problem with the apple that you are willing to live with. I never buy it if I have to buy the entire container.
The Mir sale sells by container and they need to hit a certain price point, so the grade of apple varies by week, and I usually take whichever variety is in the best shape. The fruit store in my neigborhood, Shuk Sanhedria, always buys the best grade (for inside the store, and he often has Sug Gimmel outside for dirt-cheap), and there are times that his prices are ludicrous. (I remember paying 35 shekel a kilo at the beginning of the war.) So I understand why the apple sellers don't sell their highest grade here - most stores don't even bother stocking apples at that price - they just get the lower grade ones, and people buy them.

Honey crisps taste great, but they don’t last so long and they get nasty bruises when bumped

Sugar bee apples are better than honey crisps IMHO.
Honey crisps did not look appetizing

Tried a cold Suger Bee today. It's good but still not at the level of Envy.

Also hard to justify the price.

Since this thread became active, I've been eating at least an apple a day.

Am I the only one?
