How to become interior design decorator to save $$$ on furniture?

My wife is looking to buy 2 leather sectional sofas and is being quoted $15k+.  I was thinking that if she was in the trade, she could get a big discount.  Has anybody done this?  If so, what was involved.

Now to answer the op questions, you don't get 'invited' to this type of website, it's a 2 ways street. Bring them a lot a customer, and then it will result of discount or a 'secret buying' strategy to make more profit/money ..

It think you real question should be, does anyone have any lead to get discount on furniture...
