Subscribe & Save Master Thread.

https://www.dansdeals.com/more/all-about/amazon-subscribe-save-watch-skip-button-pesach-psa-filler-items-tips/

This post is very informative, or rather let's say the comments are in the first link.

   My question is as follows...
I ordered around 5-10 boxes of the kind bars when they were on sale.

Now five of them I ordered with subscribe and save and got 15% for that order.
while the other five I wanted right away and was worth it to get the $1 no rush shipping credit for each box as an ordered each one separately, and then it would come with the next scribe and save after they were delivered with the no rush shipping credit.

So here goes to question, I have five that came from the no rush shipping credit purchase, and I subscribed to save an additional 5% off the purchase as it would subscribe for future deliveries.
so now I have my subscribe and save order which has another five boxes discounted at $2.85, and another five at the full price I would assume. As I only got that price when placing the order for the no rush and not that price for the subscribe and save for future deliveries to save 5%.
So have ten boxes coming for my next subscribe and save delivery while a few of them are at full price, how can I differentiate amongst the 10 orders, and to which subscribe and save I can cancel without affecting the discounted ones?

My question is probably a little confusing.
We'll see if I can get some pictures to explain what I'm talking about.

This answer from @ckmk47 touches on my question a bit but doesn't explain how to cancel the ones that are overpriced? Or if there is a way to do that?

There are two pictures showing some of my orders, and then one picture of my subscribe and save seemingly only six boxes of kind bars.

I find that difficult.
What  I've done is cancel the order from the orders list.  But it doesn't always seem to disappear from the S&S list.

If you click on the item in your S&S list you can click to see the Delivery History. If there have been prior deliveries of this subscription, that means there isn't a coupon applied to the order anymore

Yes but what's really weird is I ordered them with a  5% subscription, and a $1 no rush shipping credit, and the next description stayed at the original price I locked it and for some odd reason.
Not complaining but cool to see it works..

I haven't seen any mention of this, maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Whenever I change my subscription date, Amazon cancels my orders and when it's ready to ship they place an order at the then current price instead of the price I locked in.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Are you clicking 'skip the next delivery'?  that cancels the old orders and you lose your coupons.
Change the delivery date.  You might have to find it under ''settings' on the S&S page.

No, just changing the date. For example I had 1 item with a delivery date of July 11. I changed the date to July 14 and it cancelled the order.

Yes i had this too starting a few months ago. I think they must be rolling this out gradually since it still seems to work for most ppl.

Same here, along with a new interface for changing the date

Is there any workaround? Recently I've been contacting them to refund every time it happens.

I try to change the date before adding an item that has a coupon (assuming I haven't added any to that delivery yet)... not a great solution though.

That only helps for the first item, but if I'm 3 weeks in and only have 1 or 2 items I can't push it off.

Has anyone else ever noticed an item in a recurring Subscribe & Save order that is being charged a much higher price than the current price of subscribing? Just noticed this by chance on Pringles Snack Stacks. I subscribed again and now have both of the exact same item in my Upcoming Deliveries page, one for $11.07 the other $14.44. No promos involved. So one needs to check before every order to confirm they are receiving the current prices? Really outrageous.

I thought the whole point is you lock in pricing

Nope, and that's the whole point from Amazon's perspective.
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

It goes by what the prices are when the system places that months order

If you got it on sale, yes, your price is locked in for the 1st order.*
On the other hand, for subsequent orders,

It goes by what the prices are when the system places that months order

*If you delay delivery of an item by doing a 'skip', the order will be cancelled and will be reordered at the new delivery date - at the current price - without the coupons originally used.

You can delay the entire month's S&S delivery by changing the "arrive by " date under 'settings' in your S&S.
