I think u mean a return label. And if you read it you will see that they will not reimburse you for the initial shipping--11 dollars or so.

BTW - it seems you can use this offer multiple times, so if you are ordering multiple shirts and another tie is worth $10 to you, you should order separately.

Negative, nothing to do with my return label.
When I called up to find out the return policy they said they would have to check my order.

As far as shipping goes, I'm actually in the process of exchanging shirts right now. They don't charge for return shipping and they don't charge for the new shirts they are sending me for the exchange.

I like the shirts and its a decent deal. However, I first ordered it through the chase shopping mall where they give you 8X points, but when I called to add the better offer the system didnt let. Had to cancel and reorder. They got really tough with using different offers.

They generally dont allow you to use a voucher with any other type of coupon or promo. What are you looking for in exchange for it?
