NEED 231435 AA miles!

i NEED 231435 AA miles! in my account before the end of the month in order to reach the million mile mark before they stop counting non flight miles towards lifetime elite status.

Buy $5,000 worth of Starpoints and transfer them into AA miles?
If you value the AA miles at 1.5 cents then you would be paying about $1,700 for the lifetime elite status and the 35K miles or 4 evip bonus.

Dan , I just called AA and they told me that when you earn miles on there credit cards it doesn't count towards your status, is this a new thing? if not how did so many people get to elite status, please some clarification.

called now delta because i got the delta gold from american express 30k bonus points, and they told me the same thing, looks like i was born to late, lol,  so what can we do with miles today only to fly??

Dan. On spg website says 20,000 points is max to purchase.  How does one buy more per ur previous post?  I'm going to be about 90,000 miles short of 1MM.

opening new spg accounts doesnt help because they dont let you buy 20000 miles within 30 days of opening.
please advise how to get 231000 miles

My account  lists a foreign address. Am I better off hitting 1MM before 12/1/11 or after? what are the benefits both ways? thanks
