Can anyone recommend where to go in Amish Town? Best tour, best shops etc?

and 830 and 900 and others as there are 10 men. Same goes for mariv so there probably are more than listed, but the 1015 on godaven may be for the yeshiva there and not official over the summer.

Just stayed at the Doubletree . 2 things worth reporting.

1. they removed the big water slide from the pool.

2. By breakfast, I mentioned to the (executive) chef i kept kosher, and he brought out a pan of pre-packaged Gelbstein's bagels and muffins from the freezer (along with paper utensils) . Said i should call in advance next time so they can pull out of freezer before i come. Bagels were meh but the muffins were quite good!

I think Utz and Snyders are there too. Many farms/ dairys offer tours. Also Amish

You could make a stop in the Poconos. A bit out of the way but reasonable. Dingmans Falls, Bushkill, the Delaware etc.

I've done it. Highly recommended. You sit in your own car for most of it and the guide plays through your cars speakers with a powerful FM radio transmitter. Also go into the barns, etc.

Also some offer an on site petting zoo. Think it was Rutters

I wasn't disagreeing with that. I was just saying that even if you're makpid on CY, and you are in a random place that doesn't seem to have CY milk, you can still buy Kreider's.
