yes you are right i mixed ben yomo eino ben yomo and initially putting the food into the meat pot with intention to eat it with dairy which is debated what the rama means about machmir bdieved

Actually I baked a cake in a flaishig frying pan. I wrote applesause as an example.
I generally keep my 'flaishig' oven parve, and do my baking there. But I broiled meat this week and didn't burn it out yet. So a cake in the oven definitely can't be eaten with milk.
So I pan-baked it, but then  worried that I remembered the halacha wrong.  So I checked here with the experts.  It's as good a Goggling it.

By immersing it in a kosher mikva.

On a serious note, I've done it with this exact model a year and a half ago, and I'm still using it. Just let it dry for 24 hours after immersing it.

Just let it dry for a few days after.

BTW IMHO the cuisinart one on DDMS is a much better value of it is still available. That one lasts the same as 10 of these.

According to shulchan harav, the minhag is to be meikil regarding children although whoever is careful is "kodosh".
The mishna berura writes that bdieved even by a gadol, the food is fine but lchatchila you should rinse it 3 times
