That information was already known in the הו"א
That's why I assumed you know the answer and therefore didn't understand why you asked so answered sarcastic.

I still don't know the answer to my question.
A friend of mine asked this question to r belsky years ago. I think the answer was no. I don't remember the reason maybe because the ink has to be made specifically for the tefillin. I'll try to ask him today if I see him

Suppose they knew about the power outage in advance, what could've been done to have hot cholent that was not left at an unsafe temperature for hours (not using the gas stove)?
Anyone?  This sounds a lot like the light that goes on "randomly" after switched on.  If say, I know there'll be an outage 9pm-6am, it likely won't be exactly 6am on the dot that the electricity is turned on, but randomly, when someone flips a switch (5:58? 6:02?), so just make sure to put it on the hot plate before the electricity is back (assuming food is fully cooked, just need to warm it up)?  If no good, solutions other than cold food?

Is it ok to post something (Whatsapp group) when shabbos is over by me, but I know someone will be reading it when it's still shabbos by him?

How do you know that he will read it on Shabbos? Is this a past experience thing?

Also, are there people in the group who are in your timezone or not Jewish?

Yes. Yes.

So if I understand correctly, you want to know whether you can post to a group where some people have no halachic problem responding because either its not Shabbos or they are not Jewish, but one person in the group may answer when it is Shabbos for him?

Where is the source for שני כיסויים when making brochos ?

Harav Chaim Sholom Deitch  (Yerushalayim) told me that using ones arm/hand on his head for shemone esrei is a busha, and no respectable person would talk to a king like that.
He also disapproved of doing so for regular berachos, though not to the same degree

Am wondering if cake that is made with gluten oat flour would still be mezonos.

It still is one of the five grains, but is there any halachic significance that the gluten has been removed?

I guess part of the question should also be a nutritionist as to whether it is less sustaining if there is no gluten.

Pure oats ARE gluten-free.  Gluten in oats is from cross-contamination.

Thanks! I had no idea.

So why is it that people with celiac dont just have oat flour challah instead of being yotsei with someone else?
