So I had a cleaning lady today by my house that a friend that stopped using here offered that I could use her, now she came and before she left she told my wife that she could come on Thursdays if my wife wants, now that was obvious that someone else has her now for Thursdays (as it's a high demand day) now my wife called up her friend asking if she knows if the cleaning lady is booked for Thursdays so far, and she said yes she knows by whom and she knows that she (the cleaning lady) doesn't like that person so she is looking for a different person to hire her,
Now am I allowed halachakly to tell her that she could come Thursdays even if I know that that person is going to stay without a cleaning lady?

What halacha do you think you might be violating?

She's not tied to anyone.
Don't see why she can't work for you if she enjoys working for you more than someone else.

Yes it's funny should they find out that she's working by you when she's supposed to come to someone else. But more than that what could be the problem?

Why not run it by a Rav and see what he has to say?

Don't try to be someone else , be who you are because everyone else is taken.

עני המהפך בחררה etc, but most likely would not apply in this scenario

Seems worse than Ani mehapech b'chararah (because they've been using her already) and likely against v'asisah hayashar v'hatov

See Tosfos and Rishonim. Ani mehapech b'chararah only applies in very rare circumstances.

The thing that might be different here is that I didn't ask her if she wants to come to me etc.
she offered that she is available, now I could have told her that yes come and I'm not supposed to go do detective work to see if she has a job somewhere else
I'm going crazy, wanna come along?

Kosher Alert from Kosher Australia

"While we continue to add new products, the food industry is not static and production processes and/or ingredients may change.
Due to changes in production processes, the following dairy-free milks are no longer acceptable. Existing stock should be discarded. However, utensils do not need to be Kashered."

Folowed by a long list of almond/soy milks taken off the kosher list.

What's the logic in existing stock needing to be discarded but utensils not kashered?

She came to you so that would not be an issue. If you had solicited her it would be a question of ani hamehapech and depend on the situation.

My guess is that the possibility of non kosher taam from equipment in there was stam amino Ben yoimoi, and bedieved kosher, so no issue with keilim.
And they consider bought and stocked lechatchilla (to drink it).
Any experts, does that make sense?

I wouldn't be so sure there's an actual Kashrus concern - they would've spelled it out if there was one. More likely it's simply no longer supervised.

Then why would they say to discard existing stock?

Its possible they would say that about any unsupervised product

only if it was unsupervised at the time of production.
