Is it "pourable" or squeezable? Most likely the latter. Salad mate just had a wrong batch of spicy mayo which was literally pourable but that was a bad run.

Pourable

Ok, in that case it might have a din mashkeh, or perhaps it still like a dip/dressing, IDK.

I was in a store where I saw this candy on clearance. So for the sake of it, I was curious if it would sell so I listed it on eBay.  I never bought the candy. Just did an experiment. But it actually sold. Now I'm realizing I am probably not allowed to make money off a non kosher product.

So shall I cancel the order or can one take the funds and give to tzedaka? Or is that trief money? Or?

Is it actually treif? If yes, assur m'deoraysa or m'derabannan?
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

It's a candy that may have pig gelatin.

Here is a recent Halacha Yomis from the OU:

Quote
QUESTION: May I buy and sell non-kosher gummy bear candies or marshmallows?

ANSWER: Gummy bear candies and marshmallows are made with gelatin. There is a dispute among poskim as to whether gelatin made from the bones and hides of non-kosher animals is kosher or not. The accepted custom is to consider gelatin made from non-slaughtered animals as not kosher, but it is not clear whether this gelatin should be considered a Torah prohibition or only a Rabbinic prohibition (See Igeros Moshe YD 2:32). If it is only a Rabbinic prohibition, one is permitted to do business with it.

Another approach to be lenient is that some poskim rule that if the non-kosher is only an ingredient in a product, one may be lenient and do business with this product (See Darchei Teshuva 117:63). The question of doing business with non-kosher gummy bears was posed to Rav Belsky zt”l, and he ruled that since we are dealing with a possible Torah violation one should be stringent.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.
