This would come out in discovery, but this is a clear reason for them to want to enjoin the store.
I don't think the lawsuit has anything to do with enjoining the store. The store is named as a defendant, but that's not what enjoin mean...

They do meantion Hamotzi, would that help in determining the proper bracha? Meaning how they are made?

I guess i would have to call the store and ask how they are made.

Any reason I should not shake hands with a trans woman? Had a meeting with one and was wondering. I assume its technically fine, although probably not a good idea if there are other women there whom you are refusing to shake with.

Another question, can you be metzaref them to minyan?
My daas baal habayis would say we should go l'chumra on both sides...
But halachally speaking, what is the source of the isur on shaking hands with the opposite gender? We could probably extrapolate from there if it would apply.
And would it make a difference between AFAB/AMAB when it comes to opposite gender shaking hands ?

Indeed. In the primary tshuvah people quote, he is likely talking about those who are intersex.

I think its pashut they are metzuref.
The source, for those that hold its a problem, would be לא תקרבו לגלות ערוה.

This person was with another individual who I was genuinely unable to determine their gender. Was terrified they’d attempt a shake and my trusty “sorry I can’t shake hands with women”would be useless because what if they were actually, or identified as, male.

Thankfully it did not play out.

Random theoretical shayla
If you were to cook water in a pressure vessel depressurized so that it boils below the temp of yad soledes, would that be considered bishul in any context?

(not so theoretical i see from a short search, thats actually the way certain industrial dryer/dehydrators work  - cool!)

This is an extremely relevant question to bishul regarding grape juice in the context of stam yeinam. Iirc RSZA and Rav Vosner are meikal to consider it cooked.

ETA
Its מנחת יצחק not RSZA. Also, they (at least shevet halevi) are talking about when its yad soledes but under the temperature usually required. That is very different.

Also potentially relevant for bishul achar bishul regarding salt although the most recent information that I have is that as a practical matter, there are no current cases where it would be relevant

any time you pull vacuum that's what's happening. Fruit juice is concentrated around 140f-150f to avoid 'burning'

I would think that it is pashut that it is not. Without yad soledes it can’t be halachikly “cooked”. Heat is required for halachik cooking.

(Ktzas raya - the buir halacha says that you can’t be over on bishul through הדחתו זו גמר מלאכתו if the water is below yad soledes.)
