Anyone ever hear that the first kazayis of challah eaten on the first night has to be without any dips or added ingredients?
Without dips, yes. Water challah only I've never heard before

+1 it comes from the הקש of חמשה עשר from מצה. First kebaiya should be eaten plain without honey or dips. I don't think it applies to the ingredients in the challah though.

He says it's a ג'''ש גמורה. That being said, why don't you have to eat מצה?

The G's is to eat pas in the chiyuv of the day. Pesach matza, succos in succah.

Big discussion is whether the chiyuv on succos miderayso is a cbeitzah. - because that is a kevius for succah.. some say it's a chiyuv kazayis in the succah. Check it out...

Depends on a lot of different factors,  not a simple yes or no,  unless you're a chabadnik

Since you gave a straight up firm answer, I'll bite.
I understand many people do like that but I would like your strong mekor. As basically every Rav I spoke to said it actually doesn't make a difference there first year or the 30th.

Correct. There is no difference in halacha between year one and two three..
Either you use the Ramoh or you don't.

And btw, if there is tzar to the new wife to sleep alone but not to the husband, there wouldn't be a petur mitztaer... unless you call this chiyuv onah..

Really? Either you or I am understanding the Taz and Remah wrong. I.E. even if the wife is a nidah there is tzar to her to sleep alone etc. It says it pretty clear out.

Where do you see anything about tzar to her? (Not in mb here)
Didn't see the Taz recently but even niddah, I guess there is potential of discomfort to the husband to sleep alone.

Is tying down schach or the wooden beam on top of the schach allowed ?
Just came across this and can tell you from personal experience (I have a large Sukkah which is exposed to wind from all 4 sides) that nothing will hold schach mats down like some evergreen schach on top (especially around the perimeter). If wind gets to a mat, it could act like a sail, and even blow away a 2x4 laying on top.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
