Total guess but the other 3 things are more in your control. You might make a beracha on a singer and then they will stop singing.

Why is there no Birchas HaNehenin for hearing a great Chazan or concert? We have such Brochos for enjoyable sights, tastes and smells, several Brochos for different besamin, but nothing to thank HaShem for our hearing pleasurable music?

bracha on sights is called ברכת הראיה and is for specific views. taste and smell are called ברכת הנהנין and is said when pleasure "enters" the body and we benefit from it (regarding smell, we learn from a posuk that the neshama benefits from it (remember why we smell besomim?)
a good voice does not enter the body and there is no real benefit

A Bracha on a sight is a Bracha of Shevach, not a Birkas HaNehenin. So already the comparison doesn't get off the ground. It's not at all similar to a taste or a smell.

If you want to ask why there's no Shevach on a sound, I'd argue that someone's voice is man-made as a person goes to classes etc to improve their voice, whereas a natural scene isn't man-made. By the same token, I don't think there would be a Birkas Shevach on man-made art.

And there's a Birkas Shevach on thunder which is a natural noise.

Not sure of the answer, but as far as I can think, birchas hashevach are on natural phenomena, not man made. Voices singing are man made.
Birchas hanehnin require some level of mamoshes. Kol, maareh vreiach don't have meilah because they are not mamoshes enough.
You only make a brocho on certain types of reiach, also. Like you don't make a brocho on a good smelling steak.
