Three suggestions:

1. Spend the requested $20 on this device so that you can open the bottle
2. Drink beer or wine
3. Puncture the side of a bottle with a screwdriver and pour it out that way
4. Open it on Shabbos.

You know...instead of spending $20 on this bottle opener, you could just open your bottles before Shabbos.

Trolling? There are Rabonim who hold you can open bottles on Shabbos.

Similar reasoning is brought in Shmiras Shabbos Kihilchoso from RSZ"A that since the plastic caps can be opened by slipping a knife under the ring to pry it over the bump they can be opened regularly as well. I was unable to replicate getting it off with a knife.

One important point is that the opinions which consider it to be a functioning cap should also hold that one may not puncture the cap.
This is a specialized device. That won’t make it Muttar to open without it .

But everyone here knows that, and this is for those who are going with the other opinion

In BMG they have signs in the lunchroom saying that anybody who isn't a talmid there can't eat breakfast/lunch/supper.

If I see meshulachim eating lunch do I have to tell him that he's not allowed to eat it? Should I assume that they got permission?

You can also ask someone from hanhalah if they give some meshilachim permission to eat and then explain the situation. One has to be very careful not to embarrass a meshulach who is already shamed that he has to collect money from others.

So they'll let but still have signs that they don't?

The sign is the rule, but there are plenty of exceptions. They dont want just any “collector” shnuring off the yeshiva but Im sure they give some of them permission to eat there sometimes.

Why not? There's no obligation to stop someone from doing something wrong?

here we have 2 classic different perspectives on life. There are the dont get involved guys and there’s the get  involved guys.

It’s like the Gemara that says the world can’t survive without men and the world can’t survive without women, but Ashrecha to the one who has baby boys and oy lo to the one who has girls...(each side would consider the other side the unfortunate/wrong  perspective but we need both to survive)
nothings impossible- the word itself says Im possible
