Some whiskeys are owned by the Deutsch family wine & spirits. They own Bib & Tucker, Redemption among others. Is anyone aware of issues regarding Chametz Sheavar?
Is Bill Jewish?

Standard Ashkenazi practice is morning of the 33rd, Sefardi night after (34th night).

It seems for music that people are meykil and listen on the night of the 33rd as well (see meiron).

I think it might depend if you keep both "halves" or just one. Do you need miktzas hayom kekulo or not

I'm looking for sources that are of the opinion that Self cleaning isn't considered libun (or can't otherwise be used for kashering an oven)

Why are you looking for sources that say that?

If it locks the door and gets really hot it's regular self clean.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Not a source, but my LOR said that according to his research Self Cleaning ovens are governed and don't become hot enough to Kasher.

P.S. I know absolutely nothing about Kashering, so please don't attack me :)

Ou doesnt specify between whether there is actually dairy in the product or is just made on dairy equipment. Hence you can have a product that doesn't have dairy ingredients but will still bare a ou-d since it's manufactured on dairy equipment.

Do you have any evidence that the Deutsch family is Jewish?
