until they start sitting Shiva. If the mais is going to ey and they aren't, they begin as soon as they leave the mais.

Can anyone point me to resources on various halachos as it pertains to wills/estate planning - preferably online articles? I don't have a male bechor, so I understand that reduces the complications somewhat.

According to most minhagim tefilin aren't worn on the first day of shiva in most cases. If the kevura is not on the same day as the petira ask your Rov for guidance since it is a machlokes achronim.

The solution for not doing pi shnayim is the same as for including daughters, so it seems like it's no less complicated (not that it's so complicated in the first place).

The Rav explained that contrary to popular belief, OAS”M doesn’t mean if trump let’s say eats pretzels or popcorn. Rather oas”m means it needs to be a food that would be served as part of an elegant meal/dinner i.e. at a wedding or state dinner etc...

Btw in general, one can’t act lemaysa from a Rambam. You have to know how the din is paskened in Shulchan Aruch.

How is it an invalid chashash? Do you truly consider yourself incapable of misunderstanding?

In any case, the father of the Shela Hakodosh writes in his tzava'ah, that one should never trust Toisfos when it brings down a gemara, but always look it up. There are plenty of other nice things in there, it is kedai to learn the whole thing.
