All Halocha Shailos and Tefilla Questions

it's nearly impossible to Kasher a microwave.
If the cheese was not wrapped,  it's basically over.

I have heard vastly different opinions on this. My Rov says kashering a microwave is super easy (barely an inconvenience). In fact, since there is no heating element and the source of the heat is the food itself (heated by the movement of molecules) everything else in the microwave has a din of a kli sheini.

I previously had a rov who did not allow for kashering and required a separate ones meat and dairy for all instances.

So I had a cleaning lady today by my house that a friend that stopped using here offered that I could use her, now she came and before she left she told my wife that she could come on Thursdays if my wife wants, now that was obvious that someone else has her now for Thursdays (as it's a high demand day) now my wife called up her friend asking if she knows if the cleaning lady is booked for Thursdays so far, and she said yes she knows by whom and she knows that she (the cleaning lady) doesn't like that person so she is looking for a different person to hire her,
Now am I allowed halachakly to tell her that she could come Thursdays even if I know that that person is going to stay without a cleaning lady?

She's not tied to anyone.
   Don't see why she can't work for you if she enjoys working for you more than someone else.

See Tosfos and Rishonim. Ani mehapech b'chararah only applies in very rare circumstances.

The thing that might be different here is that I didn't ask her if she wants to come to me etc.
she offered that she is available, now I could have told her that yes come and I'm not supposed to go do detective work to see if she has a job somewhere else

What's the logic in existing stock needing to be discarded but utensils not kashered?

She came to you so that would not be an issue. If you had solicited her it would be a question of ani hamehapech and depend on the situation.
