everyone is biased and judges others. its human nature. what they are doing in their agreement is basially telling you to agree to be a superhuman rebbe/tzaddik who loves all beings like himself. they may be doing it because they are woke or because it makes them feel good but it doesnt have anything to do with reality and you can agree away.

Would you treat a guest/host with such an orientation differently and judge the stay differently? That seems to be all they are asking for. I don't see how that would be problematic.

it says agree to judge the person not the stay.i know they couldn't care less and its just a politically correct insincere demand but you are making a problematic declaration. Slowly but surely we are getting used to toeiva and are being forced to accept it

No it does not. It says to treat them without judgment or bias.

That screen pops up when you open an account.If you dont click I AGREE then you cant open an account.(there havent been great offers on buying capital one credits lately so i considered going away for shabbos....I had to open an acct. for that.)

what is wrong with treating everyone with respect and without bias? You don't have to respect them, you have to treat them with respect.

BTW if you start reading the t&c's of every account you open you might not be opening that many accounts anymore.
