(I bought a few of those, some came and some got delayed)
Call Dell and complain, they got pretty good customer service... Hopefully You'll be able to get a $50 credit
Pretty good customer service?! I just spent 31 minutes on the phone with them. Not only did I not get any credit, I never even made it to the right department!
Got transferred 6 times, not 1 English speaker.
"I wanted to know if there is anything that can be done to expedite my order?"
"Ok sir, I understand you want to cancel your order?"
"No my order got delayed, is there anything you can do to make it come to me faster"
"Please sir, I dont understand. Would you like me to cancel your order for you today? It is not a problem"
That was a real conversation with the 3rd rep I spoke with. Do you have a good number to call? That was one of the most frustrating cust serv experiences I've had.
