I want to add - if you go to www.dell.cashstar.com you could purchase a $400 gift card and get a bonus $75 promo gift card.

You could use both together but on the site you cant - you have to speak to a rep and they could

I am wondering if you purchase it with ur Amex - and pay most on a gift card if it will cover

(I am willing to buy anyone's $400 GC for $360 - then you could just use the $75)
