if the threshhold is hit the points post however in between the threshhold and the posting if u return something they wont put the points into pending. Now the points have been found to come anytime from a couple of days from spending the 1k and 6-8 weeks so the quicker the points come the more of the chance the refund will not effect u reaching the threshhold...since as soon as the points go into pending returns usually will no longer effect the 50k bonus

im sorry. i was not very clear in the first post.
i was saying two things 1. that spending at the end of the statement increases the chances of it going towards thje 1k and 2. what i just explained in my previous post

That's what I thought you might be saying, but there's a material difference between a statement credit (which does count towards the spending threshold) and a return (which doesn't).

So, in this case, $200 on baggage fees + $800 on misc. would trigger the 50k bonus.

i never specifically had an issue .. i noticed that some of the accounts i dealt with had 101,200 points and some had 101,000 points so i drew that conclusion based on the different situations.

now i know someone is going to ask about the 100k
