I have the oven frozen travel meals. Any recommendations on heating instructions to give to the hotel?

Defrost for an hour, then bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes?

Is this a guess or based on experience?

I'm no chef but that's what I've done in the past.  Maybe defrost for 2-3 hours then bake at 350.  I don't think it's rocket science.  The food is already cooked, you just don't want it in the oven for too long to avoid it drying out...

Why does this need its own thread?

I couldn't find the other thread on travel meals initially. Mods can feel free to move...
