Shouldn't be a problem...if possible, get the serial number before you bid, and check the serial on the website to make sure it is an eligible model.

most selllers wont give it out, if they did then someone else might have already ordered a replacement kit and it wont work....

What worth is it if they return a different ipod in that packaging? They most probably check the serial number upon receiving the old unit.

i once saw an ipod on ebay and the seller wrote the serial # in the listing. I plugged it into apples site and it said this serial # was used already.

my shipping package came with instructions saying i cant drop it in a fedex box. have to bring it to a place with a person there. should i ignore it

if your fedex label is fedex express and the fedex box is fedex express, you should be good.

dont know if it makes a diff but i got an envelope not a box. (the instructions were from apple)
