United sale fares to TLV from many places but EWR

UA has fares <700 to TLV from WAS, but not from EWR (I get it, supply and demand). If driving to WAS isn't an option, the train is a minimum of $88 each way. Anybody know a way to take advantage of the cheaper fare without having to spend almost $200 to get it?

You can save money by having your return flight go to one of those discounted cities via EWR, and just throw out the last leg
