Bottom line is our numbers haven’t even peaked yet, and we don’t know when they will. What is the federal government doing about this right now?

It's a matter of time until Trump will get rid of Dr Fauci. He's already frustrated what all of this have done to the economy and he thinks already to reopen everything after the 15 day period. Certainly not in line with Dr Fauci's approach.

Just wait for this;  "Little Footchi was an absolute disgrace for our country, he didn't do anything besides creating hysteria and panic. Frankly, nobody in the CDC liked him. I am happy to announce that Little Footchi is fired."

If a person tests positive, when can they go out of the house again? How about the family members? How about family members that think they probably had it but didn’t test? If there wasn’t any real quarantining (In their own house - meaning he stayed home but didn’t stay in his own room separate from everybody) by the person who is sick, is there any chance that there is somebody in the house who didn’t catch it?

2 weeks if no symptoms (of course for the whole family), if there were symptoms - 2-3-5 days after all symptoms are gone (different opinions).

2 weeks since the moment you can go back and point that someone in the household had it (i.e. the first symptom in the household). Use common sense.

No need to test positive, if the symptoms are gone wait a few days according to your doctor guidance.

So minimum 7 days and then also 72 hours with no symptoms

If exposed but no symptoms than 14 days from exposure
